At The Roof Guys we recognize that even though “Guys” is not a gender specific term, our name does little to dispel the myth that roofing, and construction in general, are somehow trades that are reserved for men only.
This new initiative underlines the respect we have for all of the extremely qualified people that we have worked with over our many years of service in the construction industry, and reflects the commitment we have always had to always hiring and training the very best people for the job.
With this initiative, we have now formally expanded our presence at The Roof Guys with our new division, The Roof Gals!
The day-to-day function of our company has always relied heavily on The Roof Gals who work with us in administrative positions, field operations, and sales. We are excited for the future of this division and for the recognition it provides to The Roof Gals who have worked so hard to help make it happen.
Working with The Roof Gals is not an easy job, but if YOU are committed to learning and sharing your skills and knowledge to help customers with their construction projects, come on by, and let’s work together to ensure that your experience in the world of roofing and construction is as fun and profitable for you as it can be.
