1. One-Year Commitment: When you enroll in our Roof Maintenance Plan, you’re committing to a full year of protection. Your plan will be paid in 12 equal monthly installments, starting upon approval of your enrollment. If neither you nor The Roof Guys cancel the agreement with 30 days’ notice before your anniversary date, your plan will automatically renew for another year under the then-current terms. If you decide to upgrade your plan during the year, your coverage will extend for an additional 12 months from the upgrade date.
2. Single Family Residence: This plan is designed for one single-family residence only. $2 per square will be added to roofs larger than 25 squares. Roofs with complexity and risks associated will be quoted accordingly.
3. Roof Condition: While we strive to provide comprehensive service, please note that we will not perform repairs that could violate local, state, or federal laws, codes, or regulations.
4. Our Team: Our team includes qualified Service Technicians and trusted local Service Providers. Please be aware that we cannot cover any work done by unauthorized individuals or parts purchased independently.
5. Moving and Relocation: If you move outside our service area, you may cancel your agreement; however, a cancellation fee may apply if you’ve received services. If you relocate to an area within our service territory, we will gladly transfer your plan. Please contact a Roof Guys representative to manage any changes to your account.
6. Safe Access: To perform our services, we require safe access to your roof. If conditions are unsafe, service may need to be postponed. Additionally, we do not handle pest control, so please ensure your roof area is free of pests.
7. Emergency Repairs: For emergency repairs, we are available 24/7. If you experience an active leak or a potential risk of leaks due to roof penetrations, we prioritize those issues. Regular maintenance and service calls are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
